If you do not wish to keep undamaged merchandise, you must return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price only. Return process must be initiated within 10 days of deliver. Art must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.
Items returned after 10 days will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund. Please let us know immediately if an item has arrived damaged. We need this information to properly make a claim with USPS or FedEx. All packaging materials must be saved in order for the claim to be made.
If the damaged item has not been reported within 3 days, we will not be able to make a claim. Therefore, we cannot accept claims for damage more than 3 days after the date of delivery.
